- In high season minimum stay is one week.
- The present price list is intended per apartment per week in Euro: taxes and service charge included.
- Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available.
- Maximum number of people in the apartment is the one shown on price list

- An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked.
- The methods of payment accepted are: cash, bank transfer.
- The following services and facilities are included in the official price: car park, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, microwave oven, independent heating, air conditioning, cots, linen at the start of the vacation, change of handtowels, washing machine, barbecue, use of swimming pools, 24 hour guard.
Other services available on request: final cleaning, transfer to airports and other destinations.
